ONE ON ONE TRAINING
You will receive 2 Free personal training sessions. At the beginning of these sessions your trainer will take a fitness assessment to establish your present fitness level. With this information the trainer can design a dynamic and effective workout program for you.
ONLINE SKYPE TRAINING
You will recieve 2 Free Skyp Sessions. For all of those who can’t make it to a gym or are always on the go our personal training sessions are now offered on SKYPE. From the comfort of your own home OR hotel room receive a hardcore, hard body gym WORKOUT. Now not being able to get to a gym can still mean staying in shape!
IN HOME TRAINING
Get in shape from the comfort of your own home!Innovative personal training programs that provide you with a specifically tailored one-on-one session without stepping out of your front door. Each one hour session involves exercises that focus on your needs and personal goals, finishing with flexibility or corrective stretching.
BOOTCAMP
Combines cardiovascular training, interval training, and many other exercises utilizing weights and/or your own body weight. This program results in loss of body fat, increased cardiovascular efficiency, and increased strength. Its usually performed in a big group.
NUTRITION PROGRAM
Staying in shape does not only involve working out, maintaining a healthy diet is important to reaching your goals. This part of the program will help you classify what foods would best fit your nutritional needs to obtain your psychical goals. Allow one of our nutritionist to design a meal plan for you and watch the pounds melt away.
PRE/POST NATAL
Women receive the core knowledge and skills enabling them to exercise safely throughout their pregnancy, obtain the strength for labor and delivery and get back their core muscles quickly after birth. We have the perfect program for you.
CORRECTIVE EXERCISE
(Rehab & Preventative Training)
Programs designed to work with clients suffering from musculoskeletal impairments, imbalances or rehabilitation concerns.
FLEXIBILITY
Combination of stretches to encourage flexibility and coordination throughout muscles and joints.
Stretching is utilized for quick gains in range of motion, helping improve overall performance. Having optimal range of motion makes for better bio-mechanics, reduces fatigue and helps prevent injuries. All of our fitness programs are designed with this concept in mind.
CIRCUIT TRAINING
Circuit training is a type interval training in which strength exercises are combined with endurance and anaerobic exercises. Great for individuals or small groups looking to shed fat quickly and add lean muscle tone.
STRENGTH TRAINING
A great program for those looking to increase there metabolism, shed body fat and achieve overall muscle tone. You will not get big and bulky muscles from strength training.
