Holiday Contest 2008

• Register by Monday, December 1 2008.

 

• Come have your body fat taken by one of our Certified Personal Trainers to enter the contest.

 

• The person with the most body fat loss at the end of the 6 week competition wins the prize (spa basket).

 

• Results of the contest will be read on Tuesday, January 13 2009 at 7:30 pm on the 4^th floor at Hudson Athletic Club (our annual Open House Party, starting at 6pm, bring a friend for food,  fun and gifts)
